Engagements
I consider advisory engagements on a selective basis. Each one is evaluated on scope, fit, availability and commercial terms.
Engagements can be structured as a defined project or as ongoing monthly advisory. Any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement; an initial inquiry does not create a client relationship.
